Partituras del Bosque (SCores of the Forest)
Scores of the Forest is a mobile application that lets users create audiovisual collages from the flora and fauna of southern Chile.
The app was developed for a group of educators in the region, who bring it to rural schools as a way to design activities rooted in the local environment, music, and the visual arts.
Scores of the Forest presents curated collections of natural elements, each paired with distinctive sounds. On screen, these elements can be scaled, rotated, and repositioned—each movement altering their sound, shifting tone, panning, and volume.
In this way, the forest itself becomes a score, and creativity emerges through play, linking nature, sound, and imagination in a single interactive experience.
